SKINNING MACHINES

    Average production rate from 30 to 50 fish per minute

    The skinning machines are designed to skin all types of flat and hard skin fish, as well as fillets, such as:

    • Ray
    • Flounder
    • Turbot
    • Megrim
    • Cod
    • Hake
    • Salmon
    • etc.

    During the skinning process, the fish is driven to a knife through a belt. Then, a second belt, or cleaning system, removes the skin.

    Our outstanding and precise cutting system makes a difference, as well as the strength and simplicity to manipulate of our machines.

    Service staff: 1 operator.

    Average production rate: 30-50 fish/min.

    Materials used: stainless steel, plastics and non-toxic materials.
