    The average production rate varies between 30 to 100 fish per minute

    Our filleting machines are designed to fillet all types of fish and efficiently adapt to all species, such as:

    Machines are mostly fed with fish previously headed.

    Once the fish is introduced, the knives separate the two fillets free of bones and entrails. This way, the two fillets are evacuated through the outlet belt, while the central bone and entrails are evacuated through other belts.

    Our filleting machines are built in AISI-316 stainless steel and non-rust materials.

    The average production rate can vary from 30 to 100 fish/minute, depending on the species and the machine model.
